What you’ll be doing on day-to-day basis include: -- Operate and manage the retail store at its best performance.
- To perform customer communication, increase outlet sales and customer retention.
- To perform and ensure excellent customer service and able to commence product knowledge well to customers.
- To achieve KPI/monthly target that has been set by the department.
- Collects information on competitor product within the parameters.
- Evaluates customers nutritional needs and advice best suitable product base on their health need.
- You will be working closely with in-house nutritionist and dietitian, customer experience team, marketing team and any other third-party business-related personnel.
- Product and brand related update/ training.
- Health related/ lifestyle topic discussion with in-house nutritionist/ dietitian.
- Sales funnel/ sales related sharing session
- Field trip/ training at the country of origin: New Zealand
- Team bonding with Customer Experience Team

; Requirements: -
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience working in a retail pharmacy or wellness store. However, SPM leavers or fresh graduates with any qualification background or candidates with retail background are welcome.
- Driven by sales performance.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
