Subject to a 6-Month Probationary Period


We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our expanding Sixth Form Team.

This role is a critical one as the successful applicant will oversee our plans to give students a clear career goal to aim for at the start of Year 12 and they will co-ordinate half termly meetings with a team of our staff to ensure that students are on track to achieve their goal. The successful applicant will work closely with all members of our Sixth Form team which is led by one of our Deputy Principals. In addition, the successful applicant will also work with our Sixth Form Support Team Leader (who is also our Careers Advisor) to highlight career pathways to younger students.

Applicants should be committed to their own professional development and aspire for wider responsibility and school leadership.

The Sixth Form Team

This post is part of an expansion to our Sixth Form Team, which currently consists of a Deputy Principal, a Director of Studies, Careers and Pastoral lead, data analysis lead and an Attendance Officer.
