- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Out stock request by all department
- Rounding checking all storage place to make sure stock in proper place
- Purchased product from supplier
- Prepare product for delivery
- Checking online order (daily)
- Daily costing all invoice received
- Review quality of purchased products (check expired date and etc)
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure stock in proper storage
- Checking & count stock (daily & monthly)
- Received goods from supplier

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
