  • Issue the Purchase order and liaison with the accounts department on collection and payments.
  • Ensure timely filing and maintain a proper filing system.
  • Processing and documentation of invoices, billings, collection reports, correspondences, and other documents related to authorities, legal and other matters related to the property's maintenance and management.
  • Provide customer service to tenants and purchasers.
  • Maintenance of office equipment, to ensure all office equipment are well maintained and ensure timely service from suppliers.
  • Processing and documentation of all matters related to maintenance and management of the property and building maintenance system.
  • To assist superior in any other task assigned related to maintenance and management of the property.
