Position Summary
As a Partner Success Executive and Small Business lead, you will be responsible for the ongoing recruitment and development of channel partners within this region, while partnering with Sales and Marketing to help drive business through the leveraged channel model. Owner of Small Business element of the channel sales.
You will be the voice of Exertis to our channel and help sell our products and solutions in collaboration with the channel partners. You will be responsible for ongoing closure of product knowledge gaps, whilst helping to build profitable, long standing relationships with partners through ongoing face to face and online collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify existing and new resellers with whom we can develop further technology distribution sales opportunities.
- Recruit new partners that align with Exertis profile requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with partners, and ensure they have the education, enablement tools, and incentives needed to drive channel sell-through and success.
- Create and execute upon business plans with individual channel partners, managing all aspects of a channel lifecycle model.
- Work with channel partners to increase their sales and technical knowledge, while finding ways to incorporate Exertis into their service offerings.
- Work with Partners towards Vendor’s distribution priorities and business plans.
- Monitor performance of partner-enablement activities, including event attendance and meetings generated, to enforce accountability and responsiveness, maximizing ROI of channel marketing spend.
- Track, measure and report on key performance indicators and overall effectiveness of channel strategy.
- Represent the Exertis brand and become a high trusted advisor to these partners.
- Feeding back information to help place more focus on reseller campaigns.
Skills, knowledge and experience
- 2 years minimum experience working with technology sales (Cybersecurity preferable).
- Relevant degree or related qualification in Business Studies or Marketing or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills particularly in relation to interfacing with internal teams, clients and other departments.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Results driven with high levels of enthusiasm, drive and energy and the ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to balance working on your own and as part of a team in a pressurised environment to demanding objectives.
- Ability to build relationships to support team members, share resources and knowledge and collaborate with others to achieve goals.
- High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
- SAP experience preferable.
- Have the highest levels of integrity in the successful completion of your work.

Salary: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
