Managing all enquiries coming into the venue relating to events Required to liaise with customers over the phone, email and face to face, ensuring you fully understand all their requirements and offering them the best package available. Developing existing accounts, to maintain repeating business and strengthen relationships with the venue. Willing to work extra miles to reach out as many potential business opportunities through direct approach,cold calls,email blasting or referrals to ensure a healthy event business In addition the role includes some administration, preparing contracts, updating the CRM system ,managing events and other ad-hoc task. Requirements: - University diploma or degree in Mass communication/sales & marketing/management 1-2 years experience With a proven track record in sales or events role Strong knowledge of the local market Skillful researcher, negotiator, and client focussed approach Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure and deliver measureable sales targets Excellent time management and organisational skills in order to prioritise various job demands Flexible to work on weekends

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
