Responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, and process improvement. Understands concepts, methods, procedures, standards and approaches.


As Records Control Specialist, you will be responsible for:


  • Executing Document Control activities.
  • Maintaining and making available as necessary complete and current project documents and related information throughout the document cycle.
  • Working to project deadlines, dealing with progress and delay reporting.
  • Collecting vendor documentation as per project requirements.
  • Creating and assembling of Manufacturing Record Books and issuing final documentation in line with project planning.
  • Registering, archiving and distributing documents, assisting with archive searches, and filing as necessary.
  • Handling supplier documentation internally, towards customers and suppliers.
  • Sending internal and external transmittals /project correspondence.
  • Ensuring inquiries and requests are handled effectively, with updated versions of documentation and drawings.

To be successful in this role you will:


  • Have experience in similar roles, project document control, document records and Manufacturing Record Book experience.
  • Experience of working in various Document Management Systems.
  • Have the ability to handle Microsoft office and other associated project support systems.
  • Be able to work independently but also work well in a team.
  • Be able to prioritise and work on multiple scopes simultaneously.
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills, be able to speak and fluently write in English.
