Does solving problems with cold, hard data light your fire? Then this is the position for you! As our Senior Analyst, you’ll be a sparring partner to our C-Level executives and VPs, using your skills and expertise to move our biggest initiatives forward. Your mission: accelerate our transformation as we become a data-driven company.You’ll guide our teams through our next phase of growth and beyond. This will involve upskilling stakeholders in data proficiency through workshops and project-based contributions. Taking the reins on key data roadmap items will also be in your wheelhouse. What Makes You Special
- Stakeholder management skills. You can build relationships with everyone, from C-level execs to junior team members. That’s because you’re confident in aligning priorities and challenging the status quo.
- BI credentials. You’re a pro at applying analytics in both commercial and product teams.
- Data modeling expertise. You have a good background in designing and implementing data models using SQL, Python and dbt.
- Data visualization skills. You can tell a story through data using tools like Metabase, Tableau or Looker.
- Cloud know-how. You have experience with tools like BigQuery or Snowflake. Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot) is a plus.
- Commercial focus. Commercial analytics disciplines (sales, marketing, pricing) are nothing new to you. Experience with MarTech, CRO and SEO analysis is ideal.
- Team spirit. Your team's goals are your goals. You excel at collaborating with others to find data-driven solutions.
